Holiday Vs. Festival

So every year I moan that I want to go to a festival, for example, during Cochella, I moaned about not being there. It seems that because I am still a student, I am quite poor! so when it comes down to it I always choose a beachy type holiday over a festival just because its my one chance at sun and sand for the year.

I have picked out some destintions Vs some festivals...help?
