Transitional timing

I've been really looking forward to sharing this outfit with you. For two reasons; Thoreau & Aeryne Paris. Two new labels that I am really excited about.

When I was in Paris a couple of months ago, I had the pleasure of meeting the team at Aeryne Paris: Swedish design x Parisian vintage. They were absolutely wonderful and we had avery large common ground in our love for Scandinavian design and fashion. Their new collection blew me away and I was ready to pre order approximately 8 items. They very kindly sent me this top. Things I love about this top 101:
Open back
Gold/copper Autumnal tones
Large flower print
Flute sleeves

Now, you know me, I love a dressed down top. This top, actually, makes me want to dress up, which is rare. I wore it out to meet the girls for lunch here, but with some black high waisted, ankle grazing skinnies and a small block heeled shoe, it's a date night outfit.
The other thing I love about this brand, is the price point. It's very affordable and it doesn't feel like high street in its design.

Next up, we've got brand spanking new label, Thoreau. Minimal, sustainable and just wonderfully designed. This is my second piece from this incredible brand, the first piece was shot beautifully on film…and we're still waiting for it to be developed so look out for that, I'm really excited! This duster coat is an absolute keeper, it's super lightweight so makes its case for being a killer layer as we approach flipping freezing temperatures. The material is just beautiful, and the quality of it is really impressive. When you order with Thoreau, it's not just the product that you can't wait to get your hands on, it'll be the packaging too….it's very cool AND sustainable and uses recycled materials. Brilliant.
