Shades of blue

Missguided made a coat sent from heaven, then sent it to me. Blue, slightly furry, warm and oversized- there's not much else you could ask of a coat. I am in the preliminary stages of a beautiful relationship with this coat. It's such an easy 'throw on' piece that will update and lift almost any casual outfit. My dad says I look like a homeless person, so then I had to explain the rules of oversized pieces in fashion to him, but he still stands by his 'homeless chic' quote. Here, I chucked on my trusty Won Hundred oversized white shirt, my new fave ASOS jeans and beautiful Clarks peep top boots. I mustn't forget the incredible piece of silver that the lovely Clarice Price-Thomas sent to me, it's a beautiful ear cuff, as pictured above and I haven't stopped wearing it since it arrived.

Sunday Styling


 This has got to be one of my favourite transitional outfits so far. Lets face it, Summer seems to have done a runner and left us feeling a little bit chilly. I'm not that sad about it because a new season brings us new trends- plus I love wrapping up and feeling cosy! Last weekend I got a really exciting email from one of my favourite online stores, Shop Formula, who are an incredible online boutique carrying some of the most influential brands around such as Won Hundred, Alfie Douglas, Baum Und Pferdgarten. They even offer a 'Personal Formula' for those who are stuck with styling. It's a really exciting boutique with the coolest little details to make your experience even more special- right down to the packaging. Oh, and they have a pop up shop heading to the Nancy Victor gallery in December. This incredible knit is c/o Shop Formula and is by Won Hundred, I popped it on with my new Another 8 wool skirt and snake pattern leather boots from Daniel Footwear. I went out for dinner with my friends in this outfit, and as I don't really wear skirts, they were amazed that I had managed to successfully make it more tomboy than girly. Mission accomplished!

Celine

Monochrome layering is my favourite past time, I'll never love a trend more. Fact! Channelling some Chanel catwalk love, I popped my brand new snake print leather Bermuda shorts over my leather pants. I'm wearing my beloved Zara 'ugly' shoes, even though I was frozen. And last but by no means least, my Celine jacket. Here it is in all it's glory, a jacket so beautiful I could cry when I look at it. It's serious! Oh and I popped up a top knot in my hair and I think I actually quite like it, considering I am the WORLDS WORST at hair.
