That Ganni Dress: part two

Is it bad form to post two consecutive outfits with the same key piece? Well if it is, tough. This dress c/o the amazing girls at Coggles is my absolute favourite piece in my wardrobe at the moment and I don't care who knows it!

It's the Ganni "Lucky" dress, and it comes in a shirt and wide leg pants. Lucky.
If you ask me, and lets assume you have for the purpose of this blog post....I'd say this kind of piece is what constitutes 'cool girl stripes'. I'm not saying I'm cool because that's daft. I'm saying, if you're going to invest in some statement stripes, Ganni is the one.

I'm wearing my super black ripped skinny jeans and my always favourite Acne Studios Adrianna trainers, and I've topped up my look with my beautiful Missoma layering necklaces.

Hopefully, you've all had the best weekend and aren't struggling with January blues! Get yourself some chocolate and have a browse through Pinterest.

Thank you so much as always, for reading. Your comments light up my day!

Power layering with Ganni

Good morning! I hope you're all having the best week. Sorry I haven't been as active recently, I'm in the process of getting a new flat for Chris and I and it is stress!

OH glorious Ganni silk striped dress. Ever since I welcomed this little number into my wardrobe, I've been hard pushed not to wear it with absolutely everything.

When this arrived through my letterbox just in time for Christmas, C/O the wonderful team at Coggles, I tore it open like a child and tried it on immediately. You know when you get something new and it makes you feel good on the inside, yeah, that. Coggles are all kinds of brilliant, you need to have a look at their sale, it's smashing!

I've worn it so many ways so far, but this look is my absolute favourite and it was all a big accident. I was shooting with Emma earlier this week and I was doing that really glamorous thing that bloggers do when shooting outside; getting undressed and re-dressed in broad daylight, in public, and I was mid change when Emma thought that my two half outfits were a full one. And so I rolled with it.

My jacket is Ganni too, I've had it for around a year and I have had the most wear out of it over anything else in my wardrobe. Ganni are just wonderful, really. Beautiful designs, amazingly cut and absolutely built to love and last.

These beloved mules are by ASOS, a steal at £32! and my watch is by Daniel Wellington, where you can grab 15% off with my discount code "DWRopesofholland".

I hope you love this outfit as much as I do! Thank you so much for reading.

Knee high

Here I am, freezing, and keeping it simple. The t shirt you can see here is my absolute failsafe at the moment, I'd go as far as to say it's a Tomboy's best mate. Recommended by Queen ASOS Stylist Megan Ellaby for a date I was going on and freaking out about what to wear, it kills it every time! My jacket is by Ganni, and I absolutely adore it. I picked it up at the Clothes Show earlier this year in the My Wardrobe pop up sale shop. My boots are from Jones the Bootmaker and are the worlds comfiest and are already packed for my trip to New York! These beauties keep my legs warmer than when I work out, which isn't that often, but hey. I'm quite into this easy, simple look. It's also not as man repelling as most of the things I wear, and the very fact I have to consider that whilst dating, cracks me up.

Anyway, you can shop my look here

I hope you've had a wonderful week and are excited for a wonderful weekend too!
Thanks so much for reading
