Editorial with Aida Shoreditch

All photography by Ben Peter Catchpole

Oh hello Sunday! I hope you lot are having a gorgeous day. So far, I've been for an incredible brunch with my lovely flatmate and cleaned my flat within an inch of its life, and now I feel pretty cleansed. A tidy home means a tidy mind and all that.

I really wanted to share the second part of the Editorial shoot I did with Aida Shoreditch with you. I absolutely love reading and scrolling through these types of posts myself so I'm really excited and inspired to be making them with some wonderful people and get it out here. As you can tell from the first few photos, we really did have such fun creating this!
You will be pleased to know there's one more left to share! I would really love to know what you think.

You can shop my look in store or online at Aida Shoreditch

Have a gorgeous Sunday and thank you so much for all of your support.

As Seen On Me with ASOS

Happy happy Thursday you lot!
I hope you've had an amazing week so far, thank goodness it's Friday tomorrow!

Little life update:
So it turns out, as much as I adore and continue to adore ASOS, working there wasn't for me. I'm designed to 'help people' and not sit behind a desk all day, and although I met some amazing people at ASOS, I decided to return to being a Physiotherapist and I've just had the best news ever.... I got a Physiotherapy manager job today. I'm beyond excited and I can't wait to start! Those of you who live in London will know that there aren't many commutes under 40 minutes knocking around, well mine is 30 minutes, and I am so happy- it's the little things!

Anyway, here I am in my head to toe ASOS look for As Seen On Me. For those of you who haven't managed to use the new uploader tool yet...go! It's fab and you get the chance to see your mug on the gallery! As Seen On Me Uploader

Thank you so much for reading and have a great rest of the week!

New York New York

This post is a little different to what you'd usually see from me, and something I intend to continue.
I'm so honoured to have worked with one of the best Fashion Photographers I've ever met, Simbarache Cha, AKA Lord Ashbury. I'm so proud of what we created together in a matter of 24 hours. This was back in January, in a very snowy New York City. My life had unravelled and the only thing I wanted to do was get out of the UK and be somewhere that could consume me and my thoughts. I'm very lucky to have an incredible friend who made this trip possible, Lucy, who is the most wonderful of people.

I met Simbarache at London Fashion Week whilst he was working, shooting and generally being amazing. He shot me season after season and always remembered me (that's a sign of a great photographer). We kept in touch and when I touched down in NYC, he was home so we made a plan. We hashed out some ideas and settled on a night into morning editorial shoot.

Simbarache had seen me spiralling on Social Media...always out, always drunk and always getting into trouble. He knew before I knew, that something had changed. He wanted to capture that time in my life, and that is exactly what he did.

You should have seen the state of my hotel room during the shoot, making ad hoc lighting, creating  mess, throwing clothes, drinking red wine. It is something I'll never forget.

I hope you enjoy looking through these shots, he is so beautifully talented it scares me! You would love his blog, head over and read the full story Lord Ashbury x Lindsey Holland

Thank you so much for reading and for the support you have always given me.

Whistles SS15 at London Fashion Week

This season at London Fashion Week I was lucky enough to attend the Whistles SS15 presentation. It was my absolute highlight and honestly, I left with goosebumps all over my body! My mum first introduced me to Whistles seven years ago, she's always leading the way with brands. My love has grown season after season and each collection produces so many must have items. SS15 is set to be beautiful, elegant and sporty chic with incredible use of texturing and a cool toned palette such as lilacs and peony pinks. Whistles are definitely going to have a moment with shoes too, honestly, the coolest, mannish looking footwear I've seen so far and I honestly can't wait for it to drop next year.

As well as the incredible space it was held in, an underground bright white tunnel! I managed to meet Olivia Palermo, Cat Deeley and Whit blog! I was all kinds of squealing inside. You can imagine.

I hope you've enjoyed reading my round up and are as excited for Whistles SS15 as I am.
