Flaring + Charlie May

Here I am doing my best impression of looking warm. I was actually trying to conceal a pair of very cold breasts. But you wouldn't know that, unless I told you. Very glamourous.

I just needed to share these trousers with you. I absolutely adore them. I picked them up in Copenhagen from Weekday, Danish basics brand that is anything but basic. The cut, crop and flare are everything I desire in a pair of trousers. Plus they make me feel quite trim, and that's always a bonus. My top is by Charlie May, wonder woman designer and blogger. I got it at the sample sale a few months ago and it's now my go-to going 'out-out' top. Low enough to be night time ready but it's basically still a t-shirt.

Next up are my wonderful snake print Kurt Geiger boots (now in the sale!). Now I've worn them in, they are the comfiest things! And obviously a great statement for a muted outfit.

The rings you see, I made myself, yes me, I did that! (well, one of them). The gorgeous Kirstie & Katy from The Workbench London invited Chris and I along a few weeks ago, you can read all about it here, and we got to design and make our own rings. Chris, the little love, made me one, so I got two! I am so over the moon, they really are my perfect rings.

Snakeskin notes with Kurt Geiger

As the weather cools down and the heavens open, it gives people like us a chance to do what we like to do best....layer. I headed out for lunch with one of my best pals, Lauren (find her gorgeous feed on Instagram @girlstolelondon) and of course it poured down on my day off. Not to worry, we had the most incredible Vietnamese lunch which took it all away.

Kurt Geiger are a firm favourite of mine, especially since my mum could potentially set up her own KG store with the volume of pairs of KG she owns! So when I had the opportunity to work along side them, I may have been more than a little excited. I was asked to choose from their new season boots collection and as soon as I laid eyes on this snake print pair, that was it. Now, you know you'll never catch me in anything that can be likened to a rainbow or a unicorn but, I am happy with a print, as long as said print is muted and isn't shouting "I'M A GIRL".
Beautifully comfortable too, and a good mid heel to take you through a day of shopping.

I'm just going to mention my Anya Hindmarch bag, ever so briefly. I've never owned such a beautiful luxury handbag before so when my other half popped home with it, it would be ok to assume I did a little dance. It's so incredibly well made and just looks wonderful with everything! It's sold out online, but still available in some stores.

Shop my look:
Kurt Geiger snake print boots
Anya Hindmarch smiley bag
Bethnals jeans
ASOS White collection cashmere jumper
Ganni jacket (cream sold out)

Thank you so much for reading and have a wonderful rest of the week.
