Flaring + Charlie May

Here I am doing my best impression of looking warm. I was actually trying to conceal a pair of very cold breasts. But you wouldn't know that, unless I told you. Very glamourous.

I just needed to share these trousers with you. I absolutely adore them. I picked them up in Copenhagen from Weekday, Danish basics brand that is anything but basic. The cut, crop and flare are everything I desire in a pair of trousers. Plus they make me feel quite trim, and that's always a bonus. My top is by Charlie May, wonder woman designer and blogger. I got it at the sample sale a few months ago and it's now my go-to going 'out-out' top. Low enough to be night time ready but it's basically still a t-shirt.

Next up are my wonderful snake print Kurt Geiger boots (now in the sale!). Now I've worn them in, they are the comfiest things! And obviously a great statement for a muted outfit.

The rings you see, I made myself, yes me, I did that! (well, one of them). The gorgeous Kirstie & Katy from The Workbench London invited Chris and I along a few weeks ago, you can read all about it here, and we got to design and make our own rings. Chris, the little love, made me one, so I got two! I am so over the moon, they really are my perfect rings.

Criss Cross

Summer is finally upon us which means braless situations! Hooray! Not just that, obviously, but I am enjoying the liberation.
I'm nothing short of obsessed with super Scandi brand WEEKDAY. There is nothing they can't do for me, with a collection of the most beautiful basics and pieces that are structured beyond a dream, I'm so sold! I'm off to Palma next week with my beauty of a flat mate (who is also Scandi brand obsessed) and this black slinky spaghetti strap top is at the top of my packing list. To make this look a little more casual I threw on my Topshop wrap skirt and white leather Vans.
Making me happier than a kid at Christmas are these incredible Guess sunglasses c/o Red Hot Sunglasses. They are such a great shape and just the right amount of oversized. The price point at £70 is perfect too!

Weekday x Nike

As I move into week three of my new job at ASOS, I thought I'd share with you a few highlights so far! this outfit shot was taken for one of the more exciting highlights....the Nike Air Max day party. I've always been an Adidas girl myself, given that most of my best friends work there! they were not impressed when I sent them a shot of my feet...sorry guys! I appear to have grown pretty fond of my Air Max, and I have my new manager, who is Nike obsessed to blame for it! This dress was my first ASOS order as staff s I'll keep it forever! it's by super amazing Scandi brand, Weekday. Size down in this dress though...I'm a size 10 and this is an XS.
We headed down to Wapping Power station and the venue was insane. Food/drink/kicks/celebs, in a nutshell. It was surreal. Especially the part where I near on yelled in Example's face. I am not cool enough for these parties.

Thank you so much for reading and I hope you're all wonderful and happy.

Weekday stripes for the weekend

Happy Sunday y'all! Yesterday I went to the races for my other halves, brothers 21st Birthday and we had an absolute ball. One thing I learned, was that I'm not good at gambling! My purse was incredibly light on the way home. Anyway, I haven't been to the races before but from what I understand, it's a dressy-uppy kind of affair. I immediately panicked at the very thought of having to wear a dress....but then I pulled myself together and decided to wear whatever I felt good in. I dug out my Warehouse culotte jumpsuit that they very kindly gifted to me for the Visit California awards earlier this Summer, and even though I am supposed to be saving like a mad woman for our holiday to Thailand in January, I caved and bought this amazing top by Weekday at ASOS that I had seen on Millie from It's a LDN Thing blog, to pop over the top in case it was cold. Sorry about the brickwork, our house wasn't built with my blog in mind, clearly! But I had ran out of time so I couldn't hunt for a more lovely background for you.
